Enjoyable video as per usual, Hans. Very nice collection of the Ben Cooper Kids. Well done. Thanks for a great time my friend. Take care and stay well. Best/Steve
Thanks for sharing and the shout out! I just got that same Zagone Studios bear mask behind you. And I see krampus back there too. Zagone Studios factory in Chicago is a place I'd like to visit one day.
Figures based on the old Ben Cooper Halloween costumes! Neat idea! Very nice of your pal Leo (who just put out a brand new video as well over at Time Travel Comics) to give you a hand organizing the place. I hope your knee feels better soon. Take care Hans!
hi Hans, please bear with me this is gonna be long. Cool Archie sail boat cover, speaking of Archie apparently he had an appearance pre Pep Comics#22 his first appearance, apparently he was in an ad in Top-Notch Comics#22, I remember some of those ads in Treasure Chest Of Fun, there's a RUclips channel where the guy has that Frankenstein Monster Size Monsters, with the original mailing packaging that he bought from the comics, it really is 6feet tall maybe its the same guy you were talking about. Yeah I wouldn't be one bit surprised, if Spunky is a rip-off of Casper looks just like him & looks friendly, very cool Jet Rocket Space Ship ad, that caught in a stew looks like a fun story, that character in Trick Or Trade looks a bit like Pluto. That character in Li'l Genius looks a bit like Dennis the Menace especially with that hair, makes you wonder if it's another rip-off. Speaking of records I have some rare LPs & 45s. Very cool Ben Cooper Monster Figures, great packaging & box art especially the inside brick art & the candy pumpkin pale nice touch, good job with the costumes & masks looks pretty accurate. Ben Cooper was a big part of my childhood, growing up through the decade of the 70's, I couldn't wait to get home from school & be my favorite character, I was usually either Batman or Spider-Man, I think I was other characters don't remember though. Again sorry for the very long comments, let me know if it was too long.
@@michaeltaylor978 Always welcome your comments long or short! I wish you would make some videos sometimes. I’d love seeing your collections especially the vinyls!
i wish i still had all the stuff from my childhood, if I did there's a good chance I'd have a RUclips channel. There's is a picture of me from the early to mid 70's, showing my friend my Aurora glow in Mummy model infront of my childhood home, I hope to find it one day.
Wonderful episode Captain! Excellent comics you picked up. That issue of Spunky is awesome and that Li’l Genius looks brand new off the rack! Wow! I love thé Neca Ben Cooper figures but I have been avoiding getting them myself as I really don’t have a place to display them. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving! Take it easy my friend!
The box art on those figures are just great! 🔥 I love those Ajax covers, neat!
