Wanna helping to answer but are you asking for tae photo ticket or the photocard set?? If you are asking for tae photo ticket it's given to you after you sign up online (obviously need to pay) for visit hybe insight & then you can choose which members do you desire when you come there after showing your QR key. For the photocard set, that's definitely not free lol
