It's almost ten years later, but thank you for this video! I just receive my millennium frame in the mail today and this really helped me to understand how to set it up!:)

I love your videos! I am also wanting to buy this frame. I have just ventured into Chatelaine projects. I don’t know what size to buy. Thank you so much for your help and your videos! XOXO. I live here in the States.

Oh thanks so much wish I could find them here in th USA. The reason I hate scroll frames is the side tension this fixes that issue. Wonders if they would fit in the floor stand I am thinking of purchasing.

Nicola that was sooo helpful!! I just received my stand and frames from needle needs after a year and a half ! Partly because of COVID … but it is worth it !
May I ask you a question - how much of a border at the top and bottom do you have for your stitching it seems like you need a larger margin to wrap the fabric around the bars ?

Hello about 2.5 inches. You dont need to wrap the fabric around the bars just allow enough to put into the groove and clear the bars

Thank you. Do you do all your projects on these frames in different sizes?

Ten out of ten Nicola! The frame looks like a much better way to stitch than the embroidery hoop, which I've found distorts the aida or linen. I'd rather avoid having to iron them flat again in case the silks aren't colour-fast. I think I may invest in one of these now I've seen how simple they are to use! Thank you!

What is the material called that you put down to protect the beads, charms and delicate stitches? Thank you so much.

Can you compare the Millenium frame with the Quantum frame and the other one like those two whose name I can't remember right now?

I am so sorry but I only have the Millennium frame. It blew me away when it arrived over a decade ago and I have never looked at anything else since.
