I got the vibe of she didn't give a shit either way about it, that it's just a chair lol. I can read people fairly well and I almost felt like he felt uncomfortable at that moment of alot of silence from her. She didn't give off any vibe other than not interested
Thanks for your point of view about this product, its one of the things I really wanted to upgrade in my set up too, after the mungo trip we decided to go little light weight and small chairs, I have a pair of AlDI chairs, they are massive / comfortable but takes so much space. So need something small but shouldn’t be drawbacks outweigh the benefits. I had no Idea those products were available. Definitely should check them out before pull the trigger !! Thanks for the informative and comprehensive review of the product!!
The draw card for me the ease of stowing it. Takes up so little space. Pretty comfy too. Best would be to get from Amazon. Since they have local stock very little lead time for delivery. Use the link in the description.
Nice little video Duncan I’m In a dilemma with chairs as they fit on the opposite side of my 80 and I have 6 of those older style chair. They do the job but take up so much real estate I. The wagon.
Exactly the same problem I had and that was with only two chairs :) The expander chair is not perfect. But works well for us. Considering it so easy to tow away.
The chairs look great, but the side by side highlights the FR armrests are a solid pipe versus the fabric on the older discarded chair. She looked like she wanted to use the armrests but thy don’t seem comfortable. Would have to try it out I guess.
Hi mate. A swag is a traditional Australian canvas bed roll with a mattress inside. You could say it is a large sleeping bag with a built-in mattress. This was originally used by cattle drovers for sleeping out in the open. It has some what changed over the years for leisure use. Here is a video on my swag. ruclips.net/video/_a2Wpu7WV-A/видео.html
Great chair...I ordered 2. The problem is that when they ship to Canada, there is an extra $94 in taxes and duties that are not disclosed at time of purchase. It comes as an invoice form the carrier after you receive them. Again...great chair, but not for that price for Canadians.
@@philbensley297 How has that been working out for you? I've some complain the yellow catch button doesn't hold. I'm torn between the ARB, the FR and the GCI pico. The ARB is unquestionably my favorite but it is alot more volume packed (3520/688/469 in2 respectively). Regardless, I'm still thinking about at least one for me for solo trips, trips with my kids and other uses.
@@TheKPDX I have had no problems at all with the catch. From my time using and experience with the ARB chair I think it would be more a user error than an the catch being a problem
Hi mate. Very happy with them. Just got back from a ten day trip. The chairs were easy to stow away, took up very little space and pretty comfy too. Keep in mind, due to the nature of its design, it is not the type of camping chair you can slouch on. You sit a bit upright. But this does not bother us. The cup holders work great for beers, bottles of water, but does not quite work for cups or mugs of coffee. If you buy through Amazon the delivery time is a lot quicker as they have local stock. amzn.to/3wsrodA
You've sold me on the chairs, however Opposite Lock today advised me they are no longer able to supply the product, it is now only available on line direct through Front Runner (or Amazon?) (They did highly rate their products though!) Its something that's only happened recently, as they are still clearing out their other front runner stock.
Hi Andrew. Your timing was perfect. I was planning on doing a review video after the holidays :) We are very happy with the chairs. Very strong. It does have its cons. But considering the ease of packing (very small foot print compared to others) it was worth the purchase for us.
😁 i have been accused of that before. At that time Ajanie was way too shy to be in front of the camera. Guess i was too eager to help her along. Now she is much better so might get her to do the long term review.
Front Runner makes some brilliant stuff. Saving space is so important!
Absolutely. Just by getting these two chairs I saved so much space.
You ask her opinion about the comfort of the chairs and take over in about 5 seconds. It would be nice to have heard what she thought.

Not everybody performs like a porn star front of that stupid you tube camera.

Glad to be of help. I have found them to be very useful.

Thank you for your review. In Australia does "swag" mean clothes? In the US it's come to mean free promotional items given away at events.

Great chair. However for me I don’t like that they have the flat bottom on the leg, isn’t very good on uneven surfaces.
Every product has its pros and cons unfortunately.
It would be nice if they would redesign them with a bottom like the new ARB Director chair - better for uneven ground
Yep that’s what I changed to, so much better design for the legs and just make such a big difference

I was looking at chairs from Helinox, they were nice and super lightweight but just can't justify the $200 price on them.
Wow! that's a heavy price.
Any regrets about this purchase so far? I am considering this :)

@@4xTouring have you ended up buying the carrying case for 2 or should I save extra 50 bucks for something else ?
I did not buy the bag. Dont think i will. I have removed the back seat in the 80. So the two chairs get stowed on the floor under the carpet.
after long break....
Welcome back Saman.
I’ve been eyeing these chairs for quite a while. They are a bit pricey, but they seem super comfy and very small, footprint wise.
They certainly are comfy. The footprint was the draw card for me. Having these chairs freed up so much space in my 80.

Thanks so much Alex. Cheers!
What a great product. Nice one Duncan
Thanks Prashant. It is a great product. Has saved me a heap of packing space.
Good, thorough review, and very timely. I like these chairs. Thank you.
Glad you like them!
There are more comfy camping chairs out there, but overall these are very good value.
thanks for the video. How is the Front Runner Chair holding up a year on?

these chairs are heavy af. carrying one is ok, but if you typically carry two, it's ridiculously heavy.
only weighs 4kg. Pretty much in line with other camp chairs except for those designed for hiking.
Maybe eat more spinach 😂
Can this chair fit into the wolf pro box?
Hi. I don't have the pro box, so can not say if it will fit. You will have to compare the chair dimensions to the pro box dimensions.
He asks “What do you think in terms of comfort?” then immediately continues explaining what he thinks of it. 😂
