Thank you for breaking its down this way. I do regret skipping over this as it has created a “gap” in my soloing. Thank you for just taking the time to break it down again back to the basics. Thank you sir great channel.
Yes Humberto, I have a whole video dedicated to the importance of listening for the purpose of study. It’s called Learn To Improvise Like You Learned To Talk
Thanks Tito. This is a game changer for me. I knew about using the Blues Scale but had to write it down and then think about the fingering. Your approach feels more natural because I no longer get caught up in the weeds of thinking notes and chords. I just get comfortable with playing the sound using the correct fingering first and then it becomes intuitive so I no longer think what notes they are but rather what each fingering is associated with each sound. This may not be a good explanation but simply put, I now know what my pallet of notes are by feel and ear. Now I just need to practice this in different scales so I get comfortable playing them.
Tito, I am a new subscriber. I told you I only have my right arm, but my heart is in the music. I like when you have the notes written down, but no problem, I can write them on the music sheet and practice, practice and practice
Fantastic video and loved the simplified Blues progression to practise over with simple C7 blues chord. Thanks! I get frightened by chord progressions and freeze. Is there a follow up 2nd lesson to build on this please, and maybe dealing with the II V I progression in the normal 12 bar blues?
Now you're speaking my language! So much so, that my question about "Whisper Tones" can wait. P.S., there's nothing more satisfying than, after having taken apart your horn for the night, that truly "Good Feeling" you get after having had a really good practice session! Thank you so much, Man! Stay this course and I'm more than happy to take the ride! Peace!
Loved playing with you this morning here🤩🔥🎶🎺 Grateful for this gift, mi hermano!
@@VictorGarcia-mc7pj Gracias hermano! 🙏🏽😉

Excellent. One important thing that helps a lot is listening to music a lot and a lot, of course jazz. This improves your language a considerably.

@@paulsiwy6097 I love how you explained that!
Amazing! Thank you so much. Obviously now you have to make a „your 2nd improvisation lesson“ video ;)

You start learning to improvise by listening to Louis Armstrong recordings for four hours a day !!
