- After a failed takeover, Newcastle United fans were left with a familiar feeling of frustration and disappointment. Today, we decide to rebuild the squad and give the club a new identity, signing mostly English players and restructuring the wage bill with great young talent! Can we win the Champions League in five years? Let's find out!

Been feeling a bit under the weather lately, one of my housemates was diagnosed with COVID a fortnight ago and I feel like I might've possibly picked it up too! Haven't lost my sense of taste or smell though so probably not. Anyway, really enjoyed making this episode, these videos are very fun to make! Next one out very soon. Good video but can you make the signings a bit more unique? You’re signing the most popular young players for every team. It just gets repetitive
Completely agree, signings are way too common and basic
Maybe a new rule: don’t buy players that you buy in previous episode(s)
Buying Ben White, Tomori and R.James in every career mode..

if you did a 4-2-3-1 formation Maximin LW - Almiron CAM - Fraser RM and Wilson ST in the first season you'd probably have finished higher haha
4231 is an overrated formation and only good if your club has top or world class players in most positions.

I had a couple interesting thoughts on a new video before the new console drops. Maybe a "Moneyball" episode where you lead a League Two team into UCL glory within let's say 7-8 seasons? Or a journeyman video where you win as many of the top 5 leagues you can within 7-8 seasons?

can you do a video about Genoa? it's the oldest italian club and it won 9 times the serie A (a long time ago). It would be great to see them win the 10th time as right now it's one of the worst team in serie a and every year we struggle to win the relegation battle

I love Docks and have loved his career mode for years but this year I won't be watching him... I hate this type of career mode. So Sad, his Long term career mode series were one of a kind.
Think he’s said he’ll be starting a long-term career mode once he gets a PS5, just experimenting with a new format for now and there’s not much point starting a full blown career mode if you’re moving to a new console and can’t carry across the save with you.
