Red edible powder = food colour
Black powder = black pepper powder

just for the info a study done in London in 2018 showed that there is nothing wrong with eating msg that is Ajinomoto. all this misconception started just because I scientist believed that he fell sick whenever he eats at a Chinese restaurant. later the scientist published a paper showing that msg was bad for health and the paper got famous due to phobia of Asian in western culture but when looked carefully in the paper you will find he was feeding more than 1 gm of msg to rats in the experiment that will be more than 100 gm in one meal for human if taken in ratio and that much amount of anything like salt or cummin will be as bad as msg if not worse. so just for info, this whole thing started due to Asian phobia in western society. keep calm and enjoy your food with as much msg as you won't be sick. Chinese and other eastern countries have been eating msg (Ajinomoto) almost 3timese a day for god know how many years and they have been just fine. I rest my case
