I LOVE your STICKERS! Flamingos were a favorite of my Moms. I have some of her sweet pieces. I miss her with all my 💔. Her Flamingos put a smile in my 💔.
Your “SN-UGLY” sweatshirt is Blue-Ribbon Spectacular! OMGoodness! It’s definitely a “First-Place Winner!” What a wonderful, fun, festive delight! You have my head spinning with ideas! Thank you for sharing this cheer!🫶🎄🫶
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it.😊 Missouri Star decided to award everyone a prize. I plan on giving my award right back to them by ordering some charm packs from their site. 😊
WOW, I can’t believe how perfectly those are sewn on! You know, I know you want to help beginners so you don’t want to intimidate them or dazzle them with your skill but you should also like to show them the results of practice practice practice and how a sewer can improve. You’ve inspired me with this sweatshirt and your expertise and prowess. Great job! Gives me something to hope for if I work at it. Merry Christmas!
Thank you Susan. If you go back to my earlier videos you’ll see many many oops. Whenever I run into a problem I like to explain how I did a work around. Or I’ll mention an area that used to cause me problems but with practice I’ve improved. I was a little surprised that the sweatshirt went together so well. I did do a step by step video with my patrons that I plan on opening up as a public video in January.
I have not finished Christmas crafts. I finished my Christmas 2 1/2 inch squares wall hanging. I made my daughter a purse with matching coin purse. Work on patch work pot holders. As mentioned, I've sewed clothes for a long time, but quilting is a whole new skill set. Loving it.
I'm not quite ready for Christmas. I have 2 and a half pair of socks to finish knitting. I calculated 3 days per sock. I think I will be knitting right up to Christmas Eve 😂😢😊
Hello I love your zipper bags I have half of one made I followed along with the video.i love the ugly sweater.how well will it wash in the washer I made the wall hanging and I straight stitched them does and web them .what kind of embellishments did you use .love the idea
Thank you! The sweatshirt should go through the washer and dryer fine. I used heat-n-bond to hold the appliqués down and then did a straight stitch to secure the appliqués. The edges may get a smidge frayed but It shouldn’t be too much. There are techniques to avoid the fraying but I don’t mind if the edges get a little soft.

I had bunny and animal sticker packs for my Sunday school girls. They all went home with a baggie full. I will make some cookies.🎄
I think the love for stickers stays with us even when we’re adults with grandkids of our own.
