    Sir can please tell me the ratio of sugar and pulp used to make jam. I am doing a project where the ingredients are plum, beetroot and carrot.I want to know the ratio of sugar and pulp please sir

      Sugar to pulp ratio for jam 50:50 , 1 kg pulp add 1kg sugar,
