Same here ... it's about time it makes a comeback on current-gen (it has the potential to be an incredible series), an opportunity to creatively retell the story of Raziel, his journey, Kain (his origins) and/or changing future events - point is I loved this series, it's so bizaar that it's dormant. I've been wanting a remake of all these games for so many years. Handful of years ago I ran into either my copy or a copy of Soul Reaver for PS1 with the case and have held onto it tightly (collector of many things) I haven't played it since I was a kid so I don't remember the story but I do remember it was a fantastic game and know the story is really good. I REALLY hope they come back to this sooner than later. Or if a fan can remake it even. I'd love to do it myself but I have no knowledge on creating/remaking a game! Great video and I like the concepts!

I totally get your excitement ... man, it's so nostalgic to revisit our favorite titles from the past - it's cool that you've held onto your copy of Soul Reaver for so long ... I lost my childhood copy a number of years ago and got another one a few years back (and replayed it a couple of times haha) - the game truly left a lasting impression - especially the story and voice acting, let's hope that game developers listen to the fans' wishes and consider remaking it sooner rather than later (but I'm hopeful - I think word is starting to get out) - would love to see a fan remake as well!
