Many aspects mentioned in the video... State and Central Governments work together, not just make policies, but work on them. Though you get some resistance from public, you need to be firm on them and work towards the goal which leads to success. Last but most important one is public take it seriously and support the Governments to implement the action plans.

Really less diesel cars. Delhi oftenly beats mumbai in AQI , even with cold weather. Only reason for delhi's pollution is stuble burning and garbage burning by slum people.

Try using public transport in metro cities, it's too exhausting. It's a curse for elderly citizens, the government should atleast increase the frequencies at peak times.

China stays firm on the policies and never bends to dharnas or any such activities. China would stick to the policy even if someone opposing the policy dies on the road. India being a democracy it gets tougher. We cannot please everyone while dealing with such issues.
