vehicular pollution is really less in delhi, Delhi is the biggest market for EVs, hybrids, A huge crowd travel by india's largest metro (which is electric) , Even autos, buses and taxis are CNG, a lot of e rickshaws and electric auto rickshaws there are many EV buses. Really less diesel cars. Delhi oftenly beats mumbai in AQI , even with cold weather. Only reason for delhi's pollution is stuble burning and garbage burning by slum people.

Try using public transport in metro cities, it's too exhausting. It's a curse for elderly citizens, the government should atleast increase the frequencies at peak times.

Delhi is neither a state nor a perfect union territory. Centre government is doing nothing to reduce AQI. Delhi needs huge amount of Fund specially for a particular problem of Air Pollution.

Pollution isnt the problem of just Delhi it is the problem of entire country especially North Indian cities. China has firm determination to solve such issues whereas India doesnt. Everyone has to come forward to solve all these problems.
China stays firm on the policies and never bends to dharnas or any such activities. China would stick to the policy even if someone opposing the policy dies on the road. India being a democracy it gets tougher. We cannot please everyone while dealing with such issues.
