It was just a glimpse of what he would become. A bit of a sneak peak. Because Curtis rewinded time so Simon didn't experience any of it. Only WE (and Curtis) knew what he was capable of... :D
Always loved how Curtis had issue using his power but upon seeing the gravity of Simon's face expression telling him everyone was dead, he just went in a snap.
I honestly reckon though, that it would've been so much more effective if Simon cried out really loudly when he found Alisha and then Curtis came in to see Simon crying while holding Alisha. Then Curtis notices his girlfriend on the bed and does the same, and Simon begs him to go back in time to fix it but Curtis can't for some reason...and we are literally left with only Curtis and Simon alive and Nathan in the vegetable state until later in the 3rd season where like some crazy shit happens and they get brought back to life. That would've worked so much better IMO...instead of Curtis just erasing time and killing the douche bag who did it

Double correction. Nathan and marnie go to Vegas for Nathan to cheat into winning. Simon and alisha go with them (get the photo taken) but return home early, just before nathan gets arrested. If you don't think that's right, just look at simon [bellamy]s twitter
Anyway, aside from me crying like a sad, hungry little baby at this scene, this song is beautiful and this scene remains one of my favorite scenes of all time from any show I've ever seen.
i love this song and the episode. its first sort of glimpse of simon becoming, well... him but better, in the future. plus the fact he took a knife for curtis cause he knew he had to, to save them. brilliant stuff. simon is my favorite of the asbo 5.
Well maybe if Curtis never managed to turn back time, they could try blowing Nathan up so he will be fixed back together in his normal shape, as he is healed when he is shot and comes back to life.

@AstuteClass Right I consider that episode the end to the overall initial story at least. Sort of a Part 1 ending so to speak. I didn't think Season 3 was to bad but season 4 definitely will be the deciding factor for the show i think.

That scene with this music with Simon discovering everyone was without a doubt the most sad and intense of the show/series. The look of anger and the beginning of SH was amazing. Who would have thought cheese guy would turn out to be such creepy evil villain. I only have 2 things I think that would have made the episode better. 1. Not revealing Curtis Lactose intolerant halfway and rather it being a surprise at the end. and 2. That Curtis beat the shit out of CM before going back.

They need to restore balance to the show by bringing back the original cast and revert back to the engrossing storytelling the writers nailed from season 1 up to 3. My interest and enthusiasm for show hasn't been the same after season 3's finale. The closure I had hoped for the original cast was a big let down. Season 4 direction wasn't interesting and the few episodes I saw felt like a chore to watch.
Correction and spoiler warning Nathan and his girlfriend went off too Las Vegas to have a living as a magician. Since it didn't go as planned (as in Nathan always had a good plan lol) and gets arrested resulted in him calling for Simon to help. Simon still has to take Alisha to Las Vegas as her dream and the picture proof. Simon is literally in a time loop to make sure everything goes right. He leaves pictures of the days and hours for him to keep coming back to. Simon now has to save Nathan.

I miss simon in new series mostly. But Rudnay saved misfits because of his original triple charakter. One is so funy and takes shit about everithing and second is sensitive and third is psycho. And you have to love abbey and jess. I like season 4 altrought first two series are the best and i hope that simon will manage to come back somehow. Lets see whats gonna happen in s5!
