I love game shooting gotnintonit about 5 years ago. As mentioned doesn't have to cost the earth o have a walk one stand one this year 125 birds for under £300. I agree if your are going to kill the birds then have the decency to take them home and cook them. Best meat you can get. Free range and not pumped full of additives. It is firstly all about the day. The laughs, friends you make and enjoyment of being out in the open countryside on estates you wouldn't normally have access too.

I wish you would’ve worn your hunting clothes while explaining the shoot. We don’t do anything like this in America so it’s always neat to see it done. Great video!

Great info for me as a late starter, I like the simplicity of the sbs, and I enjoy our similated 'game n field' shoots

The golden words there is if you haven't shot driven game before, get a instructor/mentor because accidents can and still do happen, he mentioned beaters and picker ups, there can be stops hidden in hedges etc, don't take the risk of thinking you know what's safe if you haven't done it before, also you'll enjoy your day more because somebody else is keeping you safe.

A good way to get in if you've never been before is to find a local shoot and ask if they need beaters.they often do and you can learn how the day works.also if a vacancy for a gun Comes up your in the right place.

To be honest it’s a rich man’s sport gunna be paying way over £500 because you got to get your game clothes and they are not cheap

Hey David, I live in the U. S. Texas specifically, How can I get in on a shoot in the UK? What would you recommend for a Texas wing shooter coming to the UK? I have experience pass shooting a lot of white wing doves, quail over pointing dogs and some pheasants behind flushing dogs and tons of waterfowl over decoys.

BioAmmo Blue cartridges are much better than steel. I had input from other hunters who say they use them with full chokes and no problems.

I wish i had a guide that eould advise and load cartridges when fox hunting. Lucky i film it all and get comments from english shooters that i should have a 100% kill rate. The english are the best shooters, not hunters in England .

Why the fuck would you tip a gamekeeper £40? I don't tip full stop. If he doesn't think gamekeeping pays enough he can find another job.
