It's the big difference between them. Orion saw Sentinel as betraying Cybertron but D-16 saw it as Sentinel betraying HIM.

D-16 is not really a bad person, he never realised the truth and that enraged him. He's not really villain...
He’s a villain because he chose slaughter over justice, decided to start rebuilding his home with death and despair instead of hope and serenity
He litterally let his BEST friend die after accidentally shooting him.
@ProxiProtogen it was homicide not murder, he let his emotions the best of him, clouding his judgement
