Another fantastic video. I loved the fact that you let Josh handle the lead and act as “narrator.” He comes across well and the camera really loves him. Another thing I love about your videos is the time you take to explain things. When you and Josh are explaining about the ins and outs of using and sharpening the chain saws I feel I’m there with you listening to this accumulated wisdom. You also have an excellent editor in Jodi. She knows when to stay with the action and when to cut away and go to something else. The result is a very entertaining mix. I’ve seen other mulching videos and one would think that all one needs is a CTL or skid steer. They never break down, the operator can do everything alone. And the machine runs perfectly each and every time. Of course, as you well know, this is not the case in reality. The only people besides yourself who acknowledge that fact that it’s not a perfect world are V-Belt, Dirt Monkey, Chris over at Let’s Dig 18, and Dirt Perfect, although he has Kleeman around to break his equipment. 😂😂 Watching you change the hoses on the CTL was a nice little bit of “backstage” knowledge. On the personal level, it’s nice to see Micha get a little face time and I love the fact you are getting Josh more involved on the management side by taking him along to look over jobs. Keep up the good work. It’s only a matter of time before you hit the 100,000 mark in subscribers.

I absolutely love those couplers. By far the best kind I have ever used in my life. They make hooking up so much easier. No more cracking lines to bleed pressure and straining your guts out trying to hook up.

John it seems like you are doing a constant balancing act of trying to keep the mulcher head just low enough. Could you add casters to keep at the head the right height so you could just use down pressure instead the balancing act.

Btw; it would be nice to have permanent supports/guides for the hoses to cut down on the movement. There appears to be plenty of room to make that happen.

Love how you do such a professional looking job. I do however wish that you would wear chaps when working with the chainsaw. If you had ever seen what a chainsaw can do to a leg, even with a quick touch, I don't think you would be so cavalier.

Twisting your file is old timer stuff. Files used too be straight cut now they have the twist integrated. Look at your files and you’ll see the twist in the cutting surface

That new hook-up you have looks pretty good but one thing that plate that they put on the back of it is way too close they should have put that on a hinge or removable so when you hook it up be a lot easier you can't even get a wrench in their properly I don't know I get somebody to look at that lot of work for nothing.

The dullest chain you'll ever use is one fresh from the factory. It may be a regional thing, but I've never heard it called a gullet before. We call it a throat. I know the definition is literally the same... Just a matter of which word we use. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What brand chain do you use on your chainsaws? I use Oregon and they seem to work real good for me. Stihl chains are slightly better but not worth more than double the cost of Oregon! I tried a Forester Carbide toothed - what a piece of junk!
