Thank you! I'm sure Party City will send us a replacement. I'm pretty sure it was the shipping company that was at fault. It arrived double boxed but the box was taped together and with holes. But it is an amazing animatronic. We love it! I can't believe it's almost October already! Wow time flies! Much love!!
Ours finally came in today 👍 Drove a hour to get him. I just opened the box and ours is damaged as well 😞 Who did you guys contact to get replacement parts? We love all your videos 😃

We will try and return him. I am just not sure if they will have a replacement for it. If they don't, we will keep him and modify him.

This has been the worst year for quality control for animatronics. 8 out of my 10 have had issues.
2014 was too however I loved a lot of the spirit 2014 props
