If you dont want keep the current item, considering that reconditioning and crafting have the same cost, then salvaging the item to get some materials back and crafting a new one is a better choice.
Finally got 777 Leadership. Doesn't seem like I can get more than +20 leadership per piece tho. Been playing since season 2. Legend has it once you reach 800 leadership, you will ascended to god hood =)))
