This tank is literally like 5 times (!) faster than in real life. If tanks would have more realistic speed they would be forced to cooperate with infantry closely. But nice video.
the mark 4 tank is literally slower than normal human walking speed, in game its faster than you are running
@@meyr1992this is a st chamond, much different from the mk V, the st chamond could get up to about 7.5 MPH (12 kph)
The St. Chamond in BF1 has an odd movement system in General, it almost feels like its gliding above the ground
In the campaign version tho (through mud and blood), the black bess is slow but still faster then real mark iv or v

It was relatively easy to capture a tank in ww1. The germans had more captured British tanks than their own a7v tank. Hell, in ww2 Greece didn’t have tanks at the beginning but made a tank battalion out of only captured italian tanks

The guy driving the behemoth wasn't very good. You just sat there spamming shells at them and they just sat there and didn't target you for awhile even though you were clearly visible
