    Just wanted to stop by and let you know I dialled this in and took it to band practice tonight; it sounded great! I will be modifying it to loosen it up a little as we are not too techy so so could do with a little more noise, but this has given me a fantastic starting point. Thank you so much

    Since i plan on running direct to foh for live shows this should be good to go correct? Maybe minor tweaks since i have a different guitar. I use a frfr for practice also.

    • @Komposition101
      @Komposition101  Год назад

      Should be more or less good to go, yes.
      Of course, you need to tweak for different guitar, pickups and playing style. But it should get you in the ball park for sure! :)
      You can also use global EQ for tuning to the specific stage and room - if you wanna get nerdy with it :)

    Triple tracked I take it? Just play it with just guitar and helix.

    • @Komposition101
      @Komposition101  3 месяца назад

      I mean, each part is double tracked. And leads are single take. It's pretty standard for recording metal.
      In the walkthrough you can hear it in solo ✌️.

    • @I_AM369
      @I_AM369 3 месяца назад

      @@Komposition101 just play it with the guitar and the helix forget about the polished recording and all this. Just make the sound you sit with your guitar and have it play back to us. Because that’s what we’re doing at home before we record you guys on these channels like to make it all up and polished and sound like this big production. It’s not necessary just make it sound good with just you the helix in the Guitar no tracking and show off bullshit

    • @Komposition101
      @Komposition101  3 месяца назад

      Well, sounds like you should do this yourself? 😂
      But don't you get the best of both words? You get to hear what it sounds like recorded and in a production (so you can use it with your band, live etc.) I know a lot of people record at home and play in bands - so why cheat them?
      Literally right after the demo, you get to hear it as you want? AND you get to see how it's done so you can tweak on your own?
      And in my case, you get like 100 presets for free too 😂.
      What more do you want 🤷‍♂️
