hi there i bought these and the are amazing, but all of a sudden one side stopped connecting with the other side. it isnt dead as there is a blue and red flashing. Do you know how i could fic it?
@@sarthakhans2218 no it eventually worked out by itself, but maybe try letting it go flat on battery in the case and the earphones. Then leave it outside the case for a while, and recharge after. I did it and it worked. If its damaged by water try letting dry out the csae for a couple of days. But it was kind of a random error and fix.
@@dewasofian978 if i was you I would probably disconnect the mobile and then reconnect again mybe that will help aswell instead of waiting for longer time untill the battery shutdown iam trying to purchase now. Does the issue comes every time
I just bought these earbuds today and it won’t connect to my device no matter how many times I turn my Bluetooth on and off. I did the same with my phone and it still does not work. I’m working with the model EQ16, so there’s no buttons on the charging case. Any tips?

Put them in the case and keep pressing the buttonfor 10 seconds.

Mine is not working also but the my battery percent is 100%
The sound quality is good at this price TBH. But it just falls off from my ears (idk why) and after 5 months of use my left bud is not charging
