Why does a 5 year old have a phone? Take away the electronics and access to the internet. She needs to go out and play.

You’re right! I definitely dropped the ball on that! She asked and she got. My wife wasn’t happy about it. I need to plan some activities to redirect her from wanting it now!

Why would any 5 year old have a phone? Or even a 10 year old? It's a problem, wake up parents, you are the ones destroying your kids.

Hey Terry! That little darling I met on your LIVE?? She just couldn’t be acting out!! 😅
Also, my daughter had a snake when she was that age, and She was also into dance, music, singing, acting, etc. What I did, was enroll her in just about everything! I was able to find a lot of free activities for her to try out and be with kids her own age. Keeping her busy and learning, kept her mind active and not on television, etc. I think the biggest and best thing that I did for her was to enroll her in karate, at the age of four. She went on for a number of years, until the 4th grade with it and became a brown belt. Unfortunately, we moved away, and she never got the black belt, but hopefully she will get back to it and get that final belt 💪🏾
Well.. I said all that to say, karate really helped to give her the discipline that she needed during that time. There was a lot going on, and she could have very well started acting out, but in her karate program, they regularly enforced, listening to your parents, teachers, etc. It was part of the whole training. It really did make a difference in her life, and I’m so thankful for it. She didn’t want to go into karate at first. She loved dance and gymnastics. I made an agreement with her that if she did karate, then she could attend dance classes. And it worked! The discipline karate gives you, especially for a child, is so beneficial. Perhaps that would be a place to start and make a difference. Hope this helps!
    Peace😊

This definitely did help I’ve been talking about putting her in karate. I was in karate as a child and it definitely gave me discipline. I have been talking to my wife about this and we definitely thought about it so it’s glad that you reiterated what I had been saying so helpful thank you so much.❤️💪🏽

I have never seen your channel before, but when I saw this video the LORD told me to watch it. So I’m watching. As you got to the part of asking what to do about your 5 year old HOLY SPIRIT kept bringing to me, “Spare the rod spoil the child”. HE repeated it 3 times before I decided to go ahead and comment this. I’m a 46 year old mother of 5. Two are adults with their own children now and my other three are teens. In their younger years I disciplined with a belt to teach them right from wrong. By the time they reached between 10 and 12 years I no longer needed the belt.
Let me also not forget to add that I pray over my children daily and I live by the guidance the LORD gave in HIS Word in the way I serve them and love them. I give but no spoiling. The same way GOD taught me to graciously accept a no, I taught them.
I know the burning desire to give in to them, but in the end it creates stubborn behavior that will be regretted.
Teach her while she is still young. Pray for the LORD to lead you in how to discipline with love, but also the necessary sternness. Ask for the courage, boldness, and resilience to stick to it too.
And remember, nothing worth having is easy. What you desire to see in your baby is possible with GOD. Stand up and don’t give up or give in.
I’ll add you and your household to my prayers of intercession brother in the LORD. GOD bless you.

Thank you so much for this great word. I have older children as well. 24 and 22 year old boys. But I was a child then as well. You have no idea of what this comment means to me! And you are so right! I’ve been telling myself everything you just told me but not listening. We are a family that has God fully in our hearts. Attends church faithfully and even she loves church. It’s just at home we have the problem. Thank you so much❤️

A snake and a shark. These kiddos are tough. Pray about it. Guide in the way you want them to follow. That's the best that we can do. Pray about it.♥️🙏👍🎄.

Art supplies and plenty of them .... control her viewing habits.... ok we will discuss this later but right now you need to do ------- ... ....... "NO "is a complete sentence... because I said so young lady ... time outs ....
Just let her deal with it let her cry or meltdown or trantrum it out ... but still no ... believe me it harder on you than her and if you don't get in check it will only be worse as she grows .... therapy is always a option

Thank you so much this was great advice. I’m gonna definitely consider some art supplies and let maybe let her draw to express herself.

@@TerryCreates7 😂😂😂 lol I mean that’s what a lot of parents do.. I try my best not to whoop my kids so I talk alot but dog gone when enough is enough I will definitely get on they butt. There’s studies that show that kids are way worse w their parents.. just means y’all are her safe space. I love that y’all are more into gentle parenting though . Just put some bass in ya voice , give her that I’m not playing look& let her know I’m dad or I’m mom and I won’t tolerate whatever behavior it is at that moment & correct it right then & there. , everytime . She has to learn and it will be hard but I know y’all can do it . ✨
