Front top compartment is storage for phone and hoodie. Back top compartment is actually the putter pouch that might solve your problem of putters sagging into main disc storage.
got one coming also green lol want to use the front and top pockets for main use and just keep the inside discs to keep extra discs or a sacrificial disc etc. Got a trooper now the side pocket i put minis, a marker, sometimes my key or phone if they are a pain in my pocket. Also i like i can use a towl clipped to my bag and a mini carbine clip to keep the pocket "locked" so it doesn't open and have stuff fall out.

I’ve had the trooper since I started playing (since like august 2020) and it’s to small for what I carry and need and with me planing to play tournaments this year I’ve decided to upgrade the bad I was chose the combat ranger over that other bags since it’ll fit my needs. I’m planing to give my topper to my friend who’s starting to get into disc golf
Your review is quite thorough, and really flows well. I'm guessing you studied broadcasting or communication in school? You sound like someone who has been doing these for years, and has several thousand subs. Keep up the good work, and you'll have companies sending you their stuff for free. One thing I noticed you miss in this review is the top putter pocket. The pocket the company is describing as a putter pocket that holds up to two putters is the one you're using for towels. It's not the larger top pocket.

@@ChainClankersDiscGolf yeah, the smaller pocket isn't designed for more than 2 putters, but that's what that pocket is designed for. The larger is the accessory pocket. Of course, you can put whatever you want in either.

I put a wooden frame in my trooper and it stands great

no it has a thing on the bottom for it to stand
Troop is very small. I’m 210 and 6’2”. It was like a purse on my back. Spend the extra cash and get a larger bag

side pocket I would use for towel, golden retriever and maybe a snack bar. Other pocket would be phone and keys I guess.
Nice! I’ve started to use one side as towels, mini, phone storage and the other for a few extra discs
