Why do reward OVER cooked steaks? Makes no sense to me. Med-rare is the ONLY proper way to cook a ribeye.....unless you like rare. Medium is always and overcooked steak.
Medium is an SCA rule but, on a personal note I agree.
@@BamaQTV I was considering becoming a SCA judge but thought my opinion of every steak of "OVERcooked" wouldnt go over "well"...
