- TUYU guitar solos are really cool!
I am really getting into their songs lately, the guitar solos or most of the lead parts on their songs are really hard but they all sound so cool. This solo is the first one that I could play so far its one of the easier and and my favorite TUYU guitar solos. Also I need to refine my picking too cuz those fast triplets are so hard to get right haha😅
Might do more of their guitar solos in the future but for now imma go learn Kessoku Band's new song "Shine as Usual // Tsukinami ni Kagayake" since they just released the full song LEZ GOOOOO.🔥🔥🔥

as much as I love tuyu I cant help but feel a bit weirded out when practicing their songs now after all the guitar tracks was composed by a now sick and twisted individual but I will still try my hardest to learn their songs since its important to seperate the art from the music and they were a big inspiration for getting me into guitar

Hey, that's some really nice progress!! I've been playing guitar for some years and thought i'd might give you some tips based on what i could see on this video:
1. As a suggestion, try to keep your left hand thumb in check. At the 0:08 section it goes over the neck and that might lead to some issues in the long run. There are times where it doesn't really matter or it might even be good for doing some bends, but for fast runs (or some acoustic songs) it'll end up slowing you down or forcing you into an awkward position (which, in turn, could even lead to an injury). You seem to have long fingers, so it might never truly matter for you, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
2. Try to keep your pinky finger (left hand) closer to the neck. One could argue that during the same section as before (0:08) you should have your pinky closer but idrc tbh. Having it far at 0:17 and 0:19 tho, i'd say it's something to work on. On 0:17 it doesn't really matter and it probably feels more natural following the vibe of the song, but at 0:19 i think you should already have it closer, especially since the next chord (0:21) uses it. Even on the video you can see that your pinky had to travel quite a lot of distance to reach the neck again. For this song it didn't matter but done repeatedly it'll form a habit that WILL matter.

nice. I found TUYU recently and been listening to their song “its raining after all.” Ive been practicing the solo for that song.
After a week of finding out TUYU, the composer/guitarist PUSU did dumb shit 😔
For me I was actually listening to their songs for a while now and then THAT incident happened and I was like "WHAT!? NAH THIS AIN'T HAPPENING BRUH😭😭" It was really sad for me since I idolized PUSU for his guitar playing. then he just decided and do that Dumb shit.
