Ive been trying to figure out how to get rid of that white window that appears at 24:47 during setup; any idea what that is and how to make it go away?
Its not true though, users are ”stupid” if you will. Step 1: Unbox Step 2: Power on device Step 3: Connect Ethernet to get WiFi profile at enrollment (had mulitple users skip this step and just create an account without Internet access) Step 4: Sign in with IDP (Users usually get this) Step 5: Let device enroll Step 6: Download what you (don’t know) need from Self Service (for small companies) I do the automated device enrollment, but I usually have to give users a guide on a paper for mainly Step 3, and then book a meeting the second day to explain how ”Google Workspace” works compared to Office 365, which most are used to. Step 7: Explain how ZTNA works.
