    What a terrible defence attorney!

Debbie Brace Actually he's not. If he strongly believes the defendant is flat out lying about the 'porn video discussion' he is NOT allowed to put his legal license on the line to try and suborn perjury or accuse someone of something he knows or believes strongly is a LIE.

He’s got horrible taste in clothes though. You might want to take him shopping first, lol.

Sooo, was that family "squatting" in an unoccupied and unfinished house?
They did mention that Adam was privy to picking locks with bobbypins

The family was renting the home.

It’s mentioned by Margaret’s Sister In Law in Day 1 Part 1. She was the first witness to be called for the prosecution.

Why are doctors always so peculiar?

Smart people tend to be quite odd at times, particularly socially.

This is all silly & a waste of money for a man who admits guilt BUT the judge has typical godsized attitude! And it’s so obvious like usual that she always sides against defense. State attorneys object & 99% of the time the judge grants, then defense objects half as much but gets shot down every time. This is our typical BROKEN system even though in this case the defense is guilty.

The defense objections are mostly desperate and incorrect. She is overruling most of the defenses objections because they simply should not be sustained. She is following the legal code perfectly in her dealings with the objections and she's being completely fair. The prosecutions objections are more commonly sustained simply because they are correct in most of their arguments and they're objecting in a thoughtful careful manner rather than what this and most other defense lawyers do... which is object at any chance they get and just hope something that they throw against the wall will eventually stick.

If you don't object during trial you can not appeal point blank period. That's why defense is compelled to object over the smallest things. Therefore they will be shot down more frequently.

I thought the same thing. She showed clear bias in front of the jury and kept blocking reasonable objections from the beginning leaving a damming impression on them as well as impacting the course of the case. She sets the tone and I think she let her personal feeling cloud her. I even caught her roll her eyes during Adam's testimony a few times.
