it is tough to get in VIPS with that rank, but with luck you can get in. (60-70% chance) the fee is around 1.4 lakh in the first year and then 1.05 lakh per year. there is no hostel facility. the canteen is decent. approx, you'll have to spend 20K each month including your rent + food + other expenses.
