      Private transfers in MANY states to include his are 100% legal and he did not need to be a FFL holder to do it. Why are you uninformed?

    • @jameylane1591
      @jameylane1591 6 месяцев назад +12

      @@Dero_milsurp They are legel without an FFL so long as the person you are selling to meets certain cirteria (like being a resident of the same state) and ...wait for it...most importantly so long as you ARE NOT ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF buying and selling firearms. With that said...little man.....
      Malinowski purchased at least 150 guns over the past three years, many of which he sold at gun shows or to private buyers in other settings. He would then resell the just-purchased guns (usually Glocks and AR pistols) in as little as 24 hours through gun shows where he maintained a table or through private sales. He sold three firearms to undercover officers, 6 turned up at crime scenes (as if it matters what that crime was? Pff). Malinowski signed forms when he purchased the guns declaring he was buying them for himself and not for resale. This stipulation is included on federally required paperwork signed by Malinowski: “I further understand that the repetitive purchase of firearms for the purpose of resale for livelihood and profit without a Federal firearms license is a violation of Federal law.”

      @@TheRealInconvenientTruth It is not admission of guilt. It is an entirely different crime all together and just like every other crime you are innocent until proven guilty (at least that is how it is supposed to be). The problem is the very ones doing the investigating are the ones who allegedly committed the crime, thus the most likely outcome is no crime will have been found.

    • @TheRealInconvenientTruth
      @TheRealInconvenientTruth 6 месяцев назад +5

      @imamonkey431 It is tampering with evidence as well as admission of guilt, think about it. God forbid, you send a round at somebody when they are a threat facing you, and as they are turning to run out of your house, your bullet hits them in the back and now they are outside of your house. If you bring them closer to your house, or inside to make it look more favorable, your actions dictate that you know what you did was wrong. Therefore, in the court of law, it may have been self defense but you will be guilty of murder.

      The prosecuting attorney investigating the shooting, Will Jones, concluded they were justified based on evidence including a Little Rock Police Department's Mobile Video Recorder. Not only did they announce themselves, they turned on a patrol vehicle's lights and siren while doing so. It’s also been said that agents shut off the electricity to the home before beginning the raid, but Jones dispensed with that rumor: “A records subpoena to Entergy revealed that there was no disruption of service to the home on March 19,” his letter says. Ms. Malinowsky also stated that they “were awake in their bedroom when they heard knocking at the door,”.
      Having announced themselves for nearly 30 seconds before entry, with the lights and siren of a patrol car turned on, the agents entered while carrying a large ballistic shield with ATF POLICE in big letters on the front, and Malinowsky fired 4 shots. The attorney for the Malinowsky estate stated that he fired at a decidedly low angle from approximately 30 feet away, shooting one officer in the lower leg.

Made a complaint to chief about it and he said it was for their safety. I told him I had no reason for cops to show up at my house and if I seen someone covering my camera and answered the door with gun in hand what do you think would’ve happened. He said I most likely would’ve been shot. I said you think it’s a good idea for them to do that then? He said I won’t correct them. I said this will be your last year as chief.

    That Tennessee bill is frustrating. I think teaching kids age-appropriate gun safety a great idea no different than how to use a fire extinguisher but friends said it "shouldn't be a priority because the curricula is already too crowded." To a point, they're right, but it's crowded with teach-to-the-test crap and little relevance to the real world. This is actually relevant material that will save lives and take up 1 afternoon a year. This is why our public schools are a global laughingstock and we voted for all this.

    Local and state DA’s can charge and arrest Federal Agents that break the law. We can hold them to the candle locally. Numerous times local cops stop federal agent tyranny. Seems we need to make this more the norm. Those agents live in neighborhoods just like us and near us. They can be held accountable if you have good DA’s and law enforcement.
