The babies are brought in after the 'business/owners' are able to prove they'll take good care of them. The babies are taken from abusive owners or babies are found after mother has been killed, either illegally or naturally. I'm not a supporter of Monkey Circuses or tricks but the permanent circus is their money making business. The videos are their advertisements.
@@belssage correct, these babies are rescues who's mothers have died, or they have been rescued from the pet trade, etc. Unfortunately there is not room for every rescued monkey at rescue centers who can return them to the wild, and at least in this place they can interact with other monkeys. It's not the most ideal setting, but it could be far worse.
