I use the Liz Earle body balm. It smells amazing. I take vitamin D3 + K2 for my immune system. Vitamin D seems to have a lot of different benefits and there is research to back it up. With products in tubes, I always cut empty tubes in half and it’s amazing how much product is left inside.
I haven’t really looked at the liz Earle body stuff but might have to now

Thanks for sharing. Love this type of video. I’ve been doing a little experiment with my products - put a start date in permanent marker on them and see how long they last to determine cost per use. Result? It takes a lot of money to keep a sagging face from sagging any further! 😊

I think the peeling could be related to the ultrasound gel. It's notorious for drying out skin and causing peeling/ flaking etc.
The light pink tub is really similar to the super expensive Baccarat rouge 540/Ariana Grande Cloud etc. (there’s probably like a million dupes now 😅) My personal favourite is the darker hot pink tub that I think is for brightening and exfoliating but the scent is SO nice and they’ve just brought out the scrub and deodorant and I’m tempted even with the high price tag!
Ahh I was trying to remember the perfume dupe. I think I’m gonna have to test that Ariana perfume

Even though rose isn’t your favourite fragrance I will say all the other Elemis balms each work slightly differently. I’ve tried each one apart from the naked one, and, for me, none work anywhere near as well as the rose balm
Going to to try that glycolic trick on my hair. I’ve found I can go 2-3 days between since switching to a shampoo bar vs bottle, but if I could stretch if a week that would be amazing for me while travelling

For example, the original and neroli balm both dry my skin out terribly, and the superfood one makes me oily. The only other one that worked for me was water mint, but they seem to have discontinued that

I have a Foreo Bear microcurrent device and I use the Magnitone Lift Off gel with it. It's much cheaper than the stuff that comes with Foreo or Nuface. Magnitone are always having sales and sending me discount vouchers, so I never buy it full price. They also do a travel size tube which is great. I have sensitive skin and never had a problem with it. Emma x

Try Morrisons own brand dry shampoo!!! Cheaper than Batiste and nearly as good! Better for 2nd and 3rd day hair rather than 4th or 5th when you need a bit more powdery-ness!!
You can get a giant container of high strength Vitamin D from Costco for about a tenner and will probably last you 2 years. 👍🏼
Have you tried the bumble and bumble ‘sunday’ shampoo? It's the only one that has ever worked to clear the build up in my hair. Pricey, but I only use it once a week and it's made such a difference.
With my nuface, I am using SBC collagen gel - it’s lovely. It dries a bit faster than the actual nuface gel, but I just add a bit more because it’s much cheaper! Amazon or QVC.
Vitamin D is generally recognised as the ONE vitamin tablet that is worth taking - Dr Joshua Wolrich even advocates it and he debunks most vitamins and supplements as rubbish 😂

I’ve used tretnoin and other retinols since I was about 24, so about 17 years off and on (had to stop during pregnancy). The tretnoin glow is a thing, and it’ll last as long as you’re regularly using tret. Do you think the flaky skin is the tret for you? I always experience the peelies when I start using tret again, or go up in percentage.
What do you have on your skin that is making it so dewy in this please??❤
