@English Lessons I'll take the heart as a yes. So, is this right? In ‘Home Burial,’ the wife was angry with her husband for being so ignorant and thoughtless when their son died, and she therefore wanted to leave him? I think his pride has something to do with his...lack of sorrow? That's why I'm seeking clarification
I don’t think it is lack of love. It’s just that men show it differently. Maybe it was out of his love for his child that he decided to do the burial by himself. Maybe he didn’t want anybody else to do it. Maybe that’s the way he expressed his love.
