I enjoy driving our 44' Renegade Classic built on the Volvo VNR chassis with it's D-16 L 600 HP/ 2050 lbs of torque shifting through it's 12 automatic gearbox. It has a very smooth air ride along with being very sturdy sitting on 10 aluminum wheels. Plenty of power to cruse at 72-75 mph getting 9 to 10 miles per gallon. We can sleep 6 comfortably, has a bath and half along with 3 A/C units. The mid entry door makes it very easy to get in and out especially for our large dogs. I bought in new in 2018 for $380k from Eldorado Trailer Sales in Wisconsin, Abby did the paperwork and Charlie delivered it to us in Florida. It's a lot coach for the money since most class A's are three times the cost and can't pull a stacker trailer when you want to bring all your toys with you. Like anything over 40' you have to think about driving into small parking lots however most Cracker Barrel's have the room for us to hangout overnight.😊 Volvo chassis has many safety features along with great ride, it thinks its a BIG pickup truck!
Loving your coverage of Super C's! The newer models (i.e Ikon and others) are using the same sound-deadening panels that are used in multi-million dollar yachts. In any case, some earplugs for a 3-4 hour journey on this one wouldn't be an issue. I love the safety of a front-engine coach.
Appreciate your diligence in showing us various motorhome setups. Makes us think of plus and minus. Keep up the great video work. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, in case things get too busy before then.
I was in Bradenton & Sarasota area Friday night through Sunday. I visited the Motorcoach Store Saturday and Sunday and saw this coach and two very beautiful blue Newell coaches plus a ton in the shop. I was sad I did not get to meet you
I like how much room there is to navigate thru the Coach with the slides in. And with that full bath up front, you could even get a shower with the slides in!! Very Nice!!
I may have missed a video but I haven’t seen Shea for a while . I was just wondering if you guys are doing OK ? Shea seams to be a great person always got a great smile .
Sweet! Nice accident-protection up front for possible head-on, and also the engine is OUTSIDE the unit, making it better to work on. Downside - sound attenuation for driver / passenger from motor being up front?
Love the video, but just can't understand it about the licences. i have all of them in Holland, but for a bus you need a seperate one, for a truck, for a motorcycle, for a tractor and so on... and in the USA you can drive a semi with a normal one?
Now that I’ve seen you drive this super-C I can really see the difference between this and a class A motorhome. Nice but not the quality that I had expected to be totally honest 😮
You are the one I like the most I do not like that big puppy thing over it on the C super C buy it I’ll take it how do I do this I won the lotto put everything in it even a shelf for my fast food or sit on

Interresting, not a Newell but really something else, mery christmass and happy holidays to you Andrew !!!
I'm not a big fan of government but you should definitely need a special license for anything over x amount of feet and anything with air brakes.
As a Chargers fan…. I’m officially calling this the Chargers RV 😍

Don’t be scared. Just get used to it
I think these Renegade Super Cs drive great, but as you said, nothing like Newell's active rear tag axle combo.
Nice review keep up the good work Andrew
Andrew, this is the coach you and the wife need.
Goodshow Andrew beautiful super C
Being a tractor AND a motor home you have more repair places for tractor and flexible times

Reminds me of my tractor trailer days.

I love it.
When you scared say you scared Andrew 🤣
Should've put in the Allison 4500 series instead of that AMT
What about the jake brake?!!

That turning radius leaves a lot to desire.
Owning one it's not that bad, but it is different than Class A or Bus. Honestly 10k miles in I don't notice it at all.
Beautiful rig but 400k for a used class C?
Will he buy it?
Renegade super c
