"It is better to err in mercy than it is to err in harshness"..... such a poignant statement. This is where dawah NEEDS to be.
None of us know what the "other person" is really going through, what brought them to where they are at this very point in their lives, how many years of fear, insecurity, anger etc has made them who they are today.
So.... I'd rather give a person the benefit of the doubt, be kinder to them, more understanding of how they might just need a listening ear with some respect and a little love... than jump down their throats for being angry at Islam.... Just sayin'
Jazak Allahu khair, Allahu'akhbar, Alhamdulillah.... may Allah subhanuhu wa'ta'ala show us humility, patience, love, caring, wisdom and hearts that earnestly LIVE to serve HIM, ameen

Assalamu alaikum ikhwaan, the question that was asked to Hamza about dealing with your personal issues at work with the team etc. A third answer one can learn from Ibn Taymiyyah was that anytime he felt anxiety/stress/weakness he would seek forgiveness from Allah recognising his weakness as a human being, and after that he would usually feel relief or figure out an answer he did not know, or realise how he could go about a certain scenario. ultimately Allah is in control of the hearts and can change a persons condition despite the difficulty they face. May Allah accept all of our deeds in this blessed month and make us all from those who are pleasing to Him. Ameen

We often relate and quote our success based on the behaviors and words said by the non Muslims rich leaders and see them as role models to the point that we would die for then and forget that we have the biggest, greatest and most successful leaders and role models, the Prophet (saw) and his companions.
These same people we try to imitate in our businesses make us loose the baraka because we never realize the haram we are engaged in just because we wanna be like them.
