Liam Whaley - Big Air Vice World Champion (2022)

This is a short documentary on how Liam Whaley became 2022 Vice World Champion. The Big Air GKA World Championships took place in Tarifa, Spain, Liam's hometown. We wanted to showcase something different in this video. All the emotions Liam went through prior, throughout and after the event in quite a RAW format. This video is personal and will hopefully give you a close to first hand experience on how mentally challenging it is to compete under so much pressure in an extreme sport like Kitesurfing.

I really like that the quality of your videos gets better and better. Pretty interesting to see what you are going through when the competition rolls over your head. Never would have thought that you stress yourself that hard, you always seem like the calmest and most chilled of everybody, cause you got so much experience in competition, a whole lot of talent and a deep bag of tricks.
