Not really for cutting brass... you can grind hardened steel very precisely with these.
Nice Video! I am interested in setting up a Dremel on my small lathe for precision O.D and I.D. grinding operations. Thanks for the information and taking the time to post this. You changed my mind... Now I'm going to buy a Proxxon instead just because the PRO model has the metal casing on the tool end so it can be secured properly for precise work. I love how I can still use all my favorite Dremel tool bits and cutters 😂😂😂
I do prefer these Proxxon "Minimot" Tools.
I could do with one of these. The amount of times I've wanted to grind hard chuck jaws or collets etc
i can see that grinder mount being used to make axle keys ... with the tab on the removal end ... and many types of brackets ... neat idea having one on a lathe ...
