Our Valiant Lady cruise started in Barcelona and we cruised to Marseille, Cannes, Palma De Majorca and Ibiza, before returning to Barcelona.
Thank you for Virgin Voyages for giving us the opportunity to sail with them and to bring you along on our Valiant Lady cruise. We are bananas about cruising! We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini cruise on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby - the complete video is filmed and edited on an iPhone. The videos are our opinions and experiences while on board - really they are us having fun and brining you along with us!
We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. On a cruise you will normally find us wondering around the ship taking in the atmosphere (and working our way through the cocktails).
We have sailed on Celebrity Cruises, P&O Cruises, Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages and Avalon Waterways. We'd love to try Ambassador Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Fred Olsen, Holland America (HAL), Disney Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Costa, Aida, Marella and Celestyal.

Glad you had a fantastic time, though I wouldn’t fancy Virgin Cruises at all. Looking forward to the in-depth video’s around this cruise. For me going on a holiday to Bruges, and other cities in Belgium, for the 10 th time, land holiday though. Thanks very much my wife thinks you are, a lovely couple.
It was great thank you! Yeah, while it’s not for everyone and is a completely different experience from traditional lines, the passenger make up was more varied than we expected. It was a great vibe!

With virgin cruises, where you embark abroad, did you organise the flights independently or did you ask the travel agent to arrange it for you?
In this one, virgin invited us on, so we booked our own flight and hotel. Transfers we just used taxis and Uber. Very easy. Normally we’d purchase a fly cruise as a package to make sure all the ATOL protections are in place should there be an issue with flights etc.
i noticed that you both had fairly big suitcases, were did you store them in the room please?? we are cruising on resilient lady in december here in australia and i do not know how to pack light hehe so was wondering where my partner and i would store our two big suitcases and an overnight bag
One of our cases is quite ‘squishy’ so it went under the bed. The other is a bit more solid so we put it in the space in the wardrobe. You could stack a couple of cases on the wardrobe - not ideal but doable.
