Ngl boys it was refreshing to hear you talk about the importance of cardio as well as lifting. I’ve been consistently lifting weights for just over a year and yeah you see progress but I almost feel (for me atleast) cardio makes me feel better mentally, taken me a while to figure that out.

my goal is to always gain weight - I have Crohn’s disease & I managed to gain 3 stone in 2021 due to the gym and was the best I have ever felt. It depends on the individual and their goals, exactly💪🏼 I have unfortunately lost a few stone since due to health complications so I am in the process of gaining it back again, this time hopefully it can be more sustainable
