its a buff for arena since the anti cc from passive doesnt work in arena,but the dmg still works,2 skills to trigger while back then 3 skills needed to trigger it
@@tanasaklasang2947 In hashasin case, he has lot of fg broken. As u can see enil abusing shield fg there. Against hash, u will get forced to not using shield fg, meaning u dried faster

from what I see in this video. it's still the same from last time I play (3years ago) then there's no way it could dominate paladin
