oh my gosh the memories. Someone take me back please, just for one last weekender. I feel honored to have been alive at the precise time Hardcore was created. Another massive shout out to the Rhythm Section for giving me absolute pure sonic pleasure.
Just gives me such a warm fuzzy feeling this one and many other spanking tunes of this era. Been listening to a fair few old skool happy Hardcore tunes tonight. It just brings back the good vibes of those special years for me when their was no moodiness from anyone, no trouble and everyone felt safe and equal. E is or I should really say was an excellent leveller of people no matter who you were. All inflated Ego's were left outside! Sadly it began to change after early 1993 when pills started lacking the quality from previous years and Charly got alot bigger
The Dilke, Walsall 91. Monday night rave night. Usual pub hours but different punters: white gloves, ping hats, moschino sweatshirts, horn, whistles. 7pm-11pm then up the beacon blasting car systems. I was dj jimbo my pals on the 2's were glen aston and dave the rave. Amazing times. Rave on, one love x
Brings back memories of Rave FM in Nottingham!!! What a station!!!. And raves @ the Marcus Garvey centre. Awesome tune timeless classic still sounds so fresh. Cheers

sending shivers down my spine as we speak! (Well...ok; we're not really speaking, but that's irrelevant..) simply unbelievable - what a piano/bass breakdown.....yessssss, what a rush...natural high; goosebumps kicking down my spine..mannnnnnn - truly wicked this one, I can see everyone raving to this in my mind's eye.....early 90s and we felt invincible. Where did it all go? Haha.....nostalgic whimpering (I apologise to all the 'tough nuts' out there :P).....mint fuckin record. Outta here...

Takes me back to some amazing nights out chewing my own face off 😜🤪😝
How was the synthesizer sound in the beginning made? It is used in many songs e.g. Altern 8 - Real Time Status and 2 Bad Mice - Hold It down.

@Midasist Probably by fiddling with the settings on a Roland Alpha Juno synthesizer I bet. It was pretty much used to help make a *ton* of tracks.
