Why are you using standard sockets when Nissan is all metric? As a matter of fact even Ford and Chevy has stray away from standard sizes long time ago.
Could not get the bottom bolt even with a breaker bar... almost stripped my bolt too. I have to take it to a shop so they can use an impact on it or something. The person before me must have over torqued
I got them for the front of my xterra. They are sweet! They ride so smooth and it’s really a breeze to adjust the firmness settings. I’d Reccomend ranchos and legitimately love mine!
You still need the length of rear shocks? I’m adding a leaf to mine in a day or two sit tight I’d you still need it I can give you the measurements of the stock shock
These shocks yes, nothing changes, I asked before purchasing cause I didn't want any issues, hope I can buy the front shocks soon. By the wayThanks for watching 🙏🤘
I replaced mine the other day. That bottom bolt took a lot of effect to break it loose. After that it was so simple
Ohhhhh Gilbert!! Back at it brotha!! Hells yeah! Man this reminds me of my old F-150! More vids brotha!! More!!! 👍🏽
Hell yeah brotha, my truck needs some TLC for my upcoming adventures

Probably so, maybe even added some red loctite lol. Goodluck
What's best to loosen tight rusty bolts and nut for the rear shocks like that?
Heat
Im getting the rancho 9000s for the adjustability
Nice, I've been wanting to buy my fronts but have been really busy with school. Probably going with bilstein just to keep it matching.

Hello, whats the length of the rear shocks when fully extended? Planning to get one on my d23.
Man I didn't get any measurements, sorry about that, they were almost same size as the stock ones.

311mdub sure thing, it will surely help me.
INO DOGE ok give me a few days and I’ll let you know. I’m driving a 2011 xterra S so assuming their parts are the same thru multiple years and models
@@311mdub and….? Did you find out the measurements?
5:35 arent you putting grease first before putting the bolts back?
No just a bit of blue thread lock
is this thing height adjustable?
What was the mileage on those old shocks?
Think I changed then at around 115k

How much did you pay for those ?
What size block are you running
1.5rear block, and 2.5 front .
Gilbert Reyna sweet I was told I can run those with a 2 inch block

how much do I torque those nuts???
I did a google search which I wasn't sure about. So I personally hand tightened then a 1/4 after it was tight.
This is not a 2010 pathfinder.
Vote down....need a torque wrench.
