You mean shielding being worth the effort is a bad thing? So shields shouldn't allow someone to live beyond normal expectations? What should shields do then? Sparkle?

Bro. That final combo on the Caitlyn, a supposedly squishy ADC, did literally nothing because of the Senna. She is Way overtuned this patch. Along with the Echoes of Helia synergy, it's pretty cancer; and it's not like mages can do shit to shields, like ADs can by gimping their builds.

As a content creator myself, I 100% understand how you feel about wanting to only put out the best content, but I NEED you to understand that I and I’m sure plenty of others came for the educational content but stayed for the vibe. I’ve been watching your content for years even when I wasn’t playing the game. Idc if you win, lose, stomp or get stomped, I just enjoy watching for your commentary and your attitude.
Which is also why I think you’d have a lot more success than you think if you dipped your toes into doing more variety, both on your second channel (or maybe a new one specifically for variety games) and on twitch (like once a week maybe twice if it goes well). Obviously some of your subs wouldn’t watch, but I promise you many will and I think in the not so long run you’d be able to grow a secondary viewer base for that as well.
Just some thoughts. Keep doing what you’re doing or do something else, plenty of us will be around regardless 👊

I wonder if that was a morello angle more than a Zhonya angle, but I don't think it would have mattered in the long run.
That outplay was massive, and it came at the perfect time! Very RUclips worthy!
In terms of RUclips videos, I think it depends on what you want to do.
Your core audience loves your vibe, the educational nature of your main videos and the absolute wtf exchanges with chat in the secondary channel.
Main "League" audience seems to like big outplays / name drops in title of the video and heavily edited fast paced videos.
If you want to draw in a larger audience you should probably try different styles of editing and hype up each games as if they were extraordinary. That's a lot of work, not necessarily a trajectory I would personally enjoy, but who knows, you might just find something that works. I think the top climb was a great concept for example, I wonder if it brought you more subs.
If you are confortable with your current audience and your format of videos, just make sure you have mentionned everything you wanted to mention about the champion you are playing, analysed somewhat how the game was progressing, what could have been done or not, with bonus points if you managed to showcase the main combo/peak/item interaction/outplay potential/[insert more here] you wanted. In short, what you are already doing. But notice it doesn't have to be a close game everytime, it doesn't have to be you carrying everything. Those make even cooler videos for sure, but this is more the "cherry on top" than what makes the true value of your content.
For what it's worth, right now in terms of LoL content I follow you, Thebausffs and Spearshot, and I sometimes watch Azzapp too (but mostly his shorts). The vibes and style are all different, but what you guys have in common is that you are not toxic with your teammates, are not afraid to show losses and actually try to win even the most difficult games, and are insanely good at the game in ways that are evident even if you are not carrying/outplaying/having the game of the century. Ah, and even if you go in tangent sometimes you never fail to coment the game if something notable is happening (those are LoL channels and not "variety talk show with a LoL game on the background", I get tired pretty quickly of those channels).
Hope that helps, sorry for the brick wall, good luck in your games!

It's not just high ELO. I'm a gold level player, and I finally gave up LoL a few weeks ago after playing since mid-Season 2. (At least taking a break for a few months.) 15 losses in a row, and 14 of them were because somebody completely lost their goddamn mind. Giving up after one death, blaming literally every other player in the game because *they* were playing poorly, constant streams of insults from the moment lane starts, genuinely intentional feeding, intentionally throwing the game in the 11th hour because a jungler took 2 of their minions 35 minutes into the game. Just completely insane shit. The community has become worse in the last year or so than it has ever been at any point in League's history. And it's been pretty damn bad at times, but I have NEVER experienced anything like what is going on now.

I know you have a second channel and all but if you can't get a good video or something i think a lot of your twitch games are good enough for this account. I actually prefer those videos a lot of time even if I saw it live because your commentary and chat are so great. I love the content here too but you shouldn't feel pressured to grind for hours just to get a good game :(. I also think a majority of your viewers aren't too bothered if it's a hard loss or your team is griefing as long as you're playing well or decide to try a new built etc. It makes me sad that you have to spend so much time working for a video when the content you create without even trying is some of my favourite, but I understand why you do. Really glad you still put in so much effort even if the game isn't so much fun anymore.

The third plate literally hurt me. It had 1 hp. Challenger instincts obviouwly better than mine, but I swear he didn't think about the 1hp plate, only the next one.

Hwei is one of those champs that can control the game so much that you feel like you could carry even the heaviest of teams. Unfortunately the enemy team has the most skill intensive champs in league, and they straight outskilled you... with their point and click abilities.
If you play a binary champ, no matter how difficult they may be, you can't complain about mages. If you don't feint with your extremely telegraphed abilities, then they're going to hit you with skillshots.

my favorite games to watch of yours are ones where youre coming from behind.. or losing., because theyre more relatable considering im not very good at the game lmao.. also its more challenging coming from behind.. the issue is that oftentimes, like you said, any time youre losing your teammates are likely going to be incredibly shitty mentalities which can be tilting..

it is getting worse, especially in low elos, i swear every game in plat that i win or lose is because someone got tilted and started soft inting or just running it down.

Hello WekinPoof. I wondered if you consider yourself "the best" or at least particularly good at any specific champion. Obviously, you're an all around great player, that goes without saying.

i watch a lot of loganjg (briar otp) he showcases a lot of games including some where he isnt the main character or hes playing from behind, its actually kinda nice cause most of how to macro ive learned from youtube videos and honestly those are skills you never see in videos. all this to say i wouldnt mind watching some non pop off games especially if theres a theme or a point to it.

I enjoy watching normal games. Too many content creators create this aura of they always have to hyper carry for a good video when fucking up and and showing off missplays and mistakes is part of being a person. Not every run is flawless, and its fun to see the creator get carried every now and then from a bad game.

I agree but only for stuff like ap malphite. 90% of aram games are over before the game starts because champions indeed require 0 skills to do certain things. Stuff like hwei are hard in their own way but all you need to do is literally just space properly and due to all the CC and slows they are unreachable

Theres. Too hard to be useful unless 1 trick. Too hard to be fun. High risk high reward. Mid overall balanced and then theres so easy its insufferable to play against unless you counter it, which is insufferable for them

Isn't it obvious? Misplaced life ambitions and a lack of reality orientation is a lethal combo. When all you really know how to do is play LoL, and not even that you're good enough at for it to matter IRL, you're suffering.
I see some claim that it's the same outside high ELO but that's not true. The vast majority who play casually do not interpret the meaning of their game the same. You get a lot of nonsense obviously, but not that much raging and toxicity. I don't have to mute people more than maybe once per five games or so, and only very rarely is it for verbal abuse.
