Rules Corrections / Observations: 1. We forget about Roose’s “Imtimidating Presence” during panic tests while engaged with the Unsullied Swordmasters. This would have affected some of their panic rolls. 2. I forget to use Skahaz’s “Mark Target” ability for most of the game.
He’s a cool character for sure. I think the devs tried to make his commander special by giving him four totally unique cards. The cards though just don’t have all that cohesive of a strategy. It’s not clear what they’re trying to accomplish.
Big oof, forgetting Roose's intimidating presence when the Mountains Men attacked on turn 3. That 6 result on the panic test would have finished off the Unsullied, healed the MM 2 wounds and caused a panic on another unit from spread fear.
Hi guys, Great seeing another report! Unfortunately the unsullied would have been gone a few times already do to the missing of intimidating presence from Roose . Further loved the in-depth strategy and battle plan. Keep up the good work :D
Thanks for the support! You’re absolutely correct about us missing IP from Roose’s unit. It’s interesting how many things you miss when editing your own game, versus editing a game that you didn’t play. I’ve added a pinned comment to call out anything we missed. I included the IP miss on this comment. Thanks again, and keep up the good work you guys do too!
@@imperialminis857 no problem at all! And yeah you are absolutely right about editing and forgetting the stuff. Then again what does is matter right of you have fun on the table ^^.
Thanks man! No Patreon at the moment. I feel with a Patreon I’ll be compelled to produce content faster than life currently allows, and if this feels like a job, it won’t be as much of a passion. I might eventually set up the “buy me a coffee” account or something like that, to raise funds for better equipment etc., but I haven’t set that up yet.
In my overwhelming experience, taking a Panic-based list just ensures a lot of passed checks by your opponent. Still that’s a brave list that he took, with how meh that version of the Mountain’s Men were. Nice work with the dragon!
Yeah it’s always risky taking a panic-based list. There are so many pieces of anti-panic tech out there, that most factions have ways of mitigating panic somehow.
Cool report, thanks for that. As always, love the intro! And the Targ bases are super neat, too. Scibor, right? Just one thing, though: Blood of the Dragon and Quaithe both have the same trigger, so it wouldn't be possible to use them both at the beginning of a turn, I think.
Thanks for the support! The Freedmen bases do contain basing bits from Scibor. Great observation! Fortunately, NCU effects like Quaithe’s do not conflict for timing purposes with tactics cards. Only tactics cards and orders can’t be both played at the same time with the same trigger. NCU effects don’t conflict.
The Lannister player used the card to heal Roose Bolton’s unit of Mountain’s Men. The Mountain’s Men are a Clegane unit, but Roose’s commander attachment card gives his unit the Bolton affiliation as well. So the Mountains Men then become both Clegane and Bolton. So that unit was appropriately able to heal from that card.

The Shavepait is one of my favorite Dance characters, wish he got a bit more love in this game

We definitely forgot about IP. I’ve posted a pinned comment mentioning this. Thanks for pointing it out!

Another great batreps :) seems like a great rematch with Sean from the Kevan Vargo match
Thanks for the support. It was indeed a rematch. >:)
Holy shit. Fully painted armies. New sub! :D
Welcome! Glad you enjoyed the battle report!
When we gonna see some nights watch? :D@@imperialminis857
As soon as a local player brings them to a game. 😉 There actually aren’t too many NW players locally.
@@imperialminis857hehe, I figured that was probably the case :)
Keep up the good work!

@@imperialminis857 Ah, right, my bad. You're absolutely correct.
Quaithe's effect is not an order!
Those tokens look cool
I love these tokens! If you follow the Etsy link in the video’s description, you’ll find them there. 😎👍
A 50 vs 40? I didn’t know you could do that
This was just on the Stats site, because one list was 41 points after the season 3 update. When this was filmed, both lists were 40pts.
@@imperialminis857 I thought there was only the one point but the website confused me. Thanks for clarifying
45:00 the card says that he can heal House Bolton units, so was healing clegane man a mistake or i dont understand correctly?

At least when I cheat and miss rules... I only cheat myself. I really need to create a checklist for each phase of this game.
