    Tried this last night on my Ooni Koda 12 using a grizzler plate. This recipe was great! I really enjoyed the salmon with a nice chardonnay. The salmon was tender and flaked wonderfully. I had my temperature around 700 F. The last part of taking the foil off and charring it at the end made for a great looking presentation. I also liked the fact that the salmon only had salt & pepper and the compound butter was a nice touch. Definitely worth trying for you Ooni fans out there.

      Would that one be, the one with wood pellets or gas? I’m considering getting the pellet Ooni.

      My Koda 12 uses propane gas and I'm quite happy with it.@@05views54

    Salmon is such a fatty fish that adding a compound butter is overrrrrrkill…I would zest a fresh lemon over it though:) …and love that pizza oven…can you use wood?
