I have seen PLL, and Lucy's kisses with Ian are much hotter than her kisses with Josh. BUT, I do love Josh's assertiveness and backbone WAY more than Ezra's (Ian's). Unfortunately, PLL wrote Ezra to be pretty weak, so I like Josh's assertiveness better. And, it doesn't help that Lucy & Josh's relationship seems to be a bit more honest than that of Lucy's relationship with Ian, on PLL. So, I think I'm gonna have to go with Lucy & Josh over Lucy & Ian, and I've been a long time fan of their's LOL
Is not, I read it and it remind of a soft worst version of 50 shades of grey (which I also think is awful and badly written). Lucy was way more appalling in the movie, less annoying and a little bit more realistic, in the book she is constanly freaking out about everything, she is supposed to be 28 not 16. Joshua is also better in the movie, is just some smug hot guy who enjoys some office fights with issues, more normal than the book version, which seems like a knock off Christian Grey, who had huge issues, and is also controlling and jealous, bc god forbid for a hot guy to notice a "relatable" girl that is not a huge "run for the hill" red flag. Sorry for the rant but I really enjoy the movie and read the book very recently, bc it was "supposed to be better". I was just hoping for something more that another poorly written fanfic with huge red flag characters. The movie at least made them seems and act their ages, and they had great chemistry, it was just a little fast paced and should included longer scenes in the elevator and the utility closet. Enjoy the movie and don´t waste a day or 2 reading the book :)
I watched the movie and was absolutely obsessed with it and then I read the book and was even more Obsessed. I can see why people say it’s better. The book has more details for the foundation of their relationship and how it formed from enemies to lovers. And the movie missed a lot of important scenes and they were out of order and was very fast paced unlike the book.
