    Pasta e Fagioli
    Ingredients:
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 medium or 1 large onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    4 tsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    Salt
    2 cans chicken broth (14.5 oz each)
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled & chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)
    1 cup Ditalini noodles
    2 cans Cannellini beans (15 oz each), with liquid
    Parmesan Cheese
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat
    Add onion, celery, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and salt
    Cook and stir until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes)
    2. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce and tomatoes
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 minutes
    3. Add pasta and cook until tender
    4. Stir in undrained beans and cook until heated through
    5. Top with parmesan cheese
