The space upstairs with the big balcony could be a den for entertaining, but if you threw a desk in there it would be the office too. That weird little inset could be where the entertainment center fits. It would look built in. You have a table and chairs on the balcony with a grill, and that would be a sick view of the canal. If you do that, then that small room off the stairs has to be a bathroom. You need to figure out where to put in some closets too. Also, now that you added that brick, the window on the side of the front section is off center and kind of looks bad.
I want the rest of the house flipper games like the garden one the one you're playing now and the pet one
If you’re playing on console I believe there is only one version of house flipper and it doesn’t contain all of the DLC content like the PC version does. The DLC can be purchased via Steam if you’re playing it on PC. Hope that helps!

@@sierrarooyakkers5038 cyberpunk and garden dlc are on console, luxury is listed as coming soon on the official website. Sadly they have no plans to bring hgtv or apocalypse
I like the areas in the front and back being brick. The one off the side looks a little out of place to me. Overall, though, another nice video. Thank you.
when i do exteriors, i look at images of real houses and compare shapes to decide what walls would be stone/brick and what walls would be siding in a way that makes sense and looks good.

How do I find the other house flippa I have the other one which is normal one but I want to know how you find the other ones and how can I buy them and where
I’d be happy to try and help, but you’re going to have to be more specific
I think you’re talking about the dlc’s. You can get garden and cyberpunk dlc (luxery coming soon) on consoles but on steam you get, apocalypse, garden, hgtv, cyberpunk, and luxery dlc (pets and farm coming soon).
Be careful, using mods almost cost me my 160+ hours save. I only managed to save it from permanent corruption, by doing a full uninstall/reinstall and striping all my mods.
