Born in AUSTRALIA 1956 my ancestors are from AKRATA. I have been in AKRATA 2 times 1973 and 2009.There are many AKRATERIANS in AUSTRALIA my GREAT GRANDFATHER arrived 1922. His elder son come 1928, my grandfather born 1919 arrived 1937 died 2016.
I did not know many people from Akrata went to Australia I know there are a lot of Greeks there. I was in Adelaide and I saw the name Politis on many buildings.
@@ToGoIsToKnow Halve the of village AKRATA has migrated to AUSTRALIA from the early 20th century. I remember 2009 sitting in the village square hearing AUSIE speaking accents, felt like home in MELBOURNE.
