I'm a guy who has had 2 spine surgeries, and added insult to injury, I have bony knees and I'm a side sleeper. Keeping my spine straight and my knees off each other is critical. I am likely about to buy the My Pillow body pillow.
Would it be wrong for a grown ass man to get the pregnant body pillow?? I just feel like it'll work best for me! To be fair I got quite a beer belly.. so I'm probably always pregnant hahaha 😅😅😅😅
Coop Home Goods pillow sounds perfect to me,its big so you can cuddle with, soft bamboo cover and its memory foam. Who doesn’t like a memory foam pillow? I also like the fact that you can add or remove some filling

My choices are the same as Marten, I really like the design and functionality of both. I love a body pillow they really help my back alignment when sleeping on my side.
I am pretty fat and not pregnant, but I am still most intrigued by the Snoogle. I love the versatility ideas and have been also looking for something to prop me up for when the GERD is getting going or I want to read a book in bed. The boomerang-looking Malouf is my second choice.
You make a great point about when GERD gets bad!!! Being elevated correctly when lying down and reading or sleeping etc can really help. I cannot take meds for GERD because all I have tried make me feel very sick, worse than the GERD. I totally forgot about how your pillow can help so thank you for that reminder!!!
I occasionally use a king sized shredded latex pillow as a "body pillow"---put it between or underneath my knees. Works great. It's just a regular king sized pillow. I guess I will call it a body pillow from now on. Thanks for the reviews! I had no idea these were even a category of pillows.
I use exclusively body pillows and have for years. My biggest issue is finding a nice pillowcase...I’d love to see you guys talk about some options. P.S. I appreciate that you guys talk about pillows so much they are such an important part of a good nights sleep 😴
I am 70 years old with arthritis and lymphedema sciatica you name it I like soft pillows am looking at a body pillow I can tuck between painful knees as well as legs and ankles it would be nice to have one that stays cool but at least the cover needs to be washable
Oooooh! I really loke the Malouf L-shaped pillow. I put 2 pillows together to sleep on and I am forever trying to pull the under pillow out to support my head on the side. This gorgeous pillow would do what I need with ease. It would also be great to pit between my legs like you suggest - very supportive and comforting!
