- Canción de cierre de la primera parte del animé 聖闘士星矢 (Saint Seiya), mejor conocida en el mundo Hispano como Los Caballeros del Zodiaco.
Al igual que la famosa canción de apertura, Blue Forever fue compuesta e interpretada por el grupo de Hard Rock Japonés Make-Up. La versión Hispanoamericana es interpretada por Mauren Mendoza y, la versión Española, por Joaquín Paz.
El rock fue un género que tomó gran popularidad en Japón, siendo en el animé, un género que se utiliza mucho para la creación de los temas de cierre y apertura de muchos clásicos de este género de animación.
Make-Up fue una banda de Hard Rock formada en el año 1983 y que tomaría reconocimiento por su trabajo en varios trabajos musicales hecho para este animé, pero sin duda, Pegasus Fantasy y Blue Forever, fueron un acierto en su carrera musical.
Blue Forever es una canción que se ajusta a las características del género en el que se desempeña, usando la guitarra, batería, bajo eléctrico, y teclados, los cuales fueron la típica conjunción de instrumentos que se utilizaban en las diferentes bandas de Rock de la época. Hace uso de la forma verso-coro, además de secciones auxiliares como introducción y outro (coda) donde se insertan coros. Además, hace uso de un interludio, sección donde habitualmente los instrumentos desarrollan ideas contrastantes; en Blue Forever, se interpreta el teclado presenta nuevo material, dando paso a un solo de guitarra. La canción está en tonalidad de Do mayor.
Esta pieza hace uso de efectos de distorsión cuya ganancia es muy evidente, ajustándose a los estándares del género. Por último, se destaca la habilidad vocal de Nobuo Yamada, siendo capaz de manejar alturas medias-altas en su registro vocal, lo cual es muy importante, ya que el Rock es un género donde se exigen cantantes con grandes rangos y habilidad para desarrollar dinámicas y efectos vocales complejos.

Like the famous opening song, Blue Forever was composed and performed by the Japanese Hard Rock group Make-Up.
Rock was a genre that became very popular in Japan, being in anime, a genre that is widely used for the creation of the ending and opening themes of many classics of this animation genre.
Make-Up was a Hard Rock band formed in 1983 and would gain recognition for their work in various musical works made for this anime, but without a doubt, Pegasus Fantasy and Blue Forever were a hit in their musical career.
Blue Forever is a song that conforms to the characteristics of the genre in which it performs, since it uses of instruments such as the guitar, drums, electric bass, and keyboards, which were the typical combination of instruments that were used in the different rock bands of the time. It makes use of the verse-chorus form, as well as auxiliary sections such as introduction and outro (coda) where choruses are inserted. In addition, an interlude is used, section where the instruments usually develop contrasting ideas; On Blue Forever, the keyboard is performed and presents new material, giving way to a guitar solo. The song is in the key of C major.
This piece makes use of distortion effects whose gain is very evident, adjusting to the standards of the genre. Finally, Nobuo Yamada's vocal ability stands out, being able to handle medium-high pitches in his vocal register, which is very important, since Hard Rock is a genre where singers with large ranges and the ability to develop dynamics are required and complex vocal effects.

Definitivamente las canciones de Animes deberian ser consideradas como un genero único y aparte porque prácticamente sin excepción tiene música (openings, endings, canciones de películas, extras etc) que son tremendos hits, en su gran mayoría son temas de pop rock con estilos de canto de hard rock. Saint Seiya, dragón ball, Digimon, Samed el duende de arena, Sailoor Moon, etc
En realidad la mayoría de openings y endings son canciones de grupos y/o cantantes muy populares en su época correspondiente en Japón. En occidente es normal que nadie los ubique por qué no se les ha dado la difusión mundial.
