I don't normally do SFX but I tried! Stranger Things Season 4, Volume 2 is approaching QUICKLY. Let's see if our theories get answered.

Eddie as a character is actually an homage to Eddie Van Halen, who passed away just a few years ago 💔 But I'm sure he loves Iron Maiden and their Eddies too! 🖤

That’s what I heard in social media. Or The Duffer Brothers themselves. When I first saw Eddie, he does remind me of Eddie Van Halen, who is one of my fave ‘80’s heavy metal icons and IMO, greatest guitarist of all time. (RIP 😪🙏❤️🤘).
Actually he is loosely based on one of the boys from the Memphis Three …

@@CyAnNLoVe Both are correct, in terms of the basis of his story line he's based on the WM3 & Satanic Panic, but character designers and hair stylists and wardrobe have all said that his physicality and being a heavy metal guitarist is based on Eddie Van Halen.
I love when you talked about not caring about spoilers because I have literally never met another person who also doesn't care about spoilers and you said exactly what I always tell people when they are confused about me being cool with spoilers. Like, sometimes I will literally look something up so I can have the spoiler to get me interested in it more or to see if it's something I actually want to spend my time on. Knowing a thing happens is not the same as me experiencing the thing happening. Thank you.

Thought I was the only one…I’ll look it up to see if the pay off will be worth the trip. I judge stuff by the journey but if the the ending is trash I’ll stop watching.
I am also pro spoiler. Knowing what happens usually makes me more intrigued to see how and why something happens.

I watched the speed makeup of the actor becoming vecna and think about how many hours he sat in that chair. I applaud makeup artist and actors for the dedication. your recreation is amazing.
The freddy Krueger reference came on because victor kreel is played by Robert England who played Freddy Krueger. He's also an executive producer of the show
There are so many of my fave 1980’s icons, who Star on Stranger Things, & Robert England is one of my fave ‘80’s icons, but he’s my favorite horror movie king of all time. That’s great to find out that he’s the executive producer of this amazing show.

I have been watching you for almost 4 years now and everytime I see you do makeup like this I can't help but scream in my head "YOU NEED TO BE ON TV." You are so good lol. You should be on one of those competitive body painting shows or do FX makeup for a TV-show. You are so talented. I don't think Henry knows about the loophole necessarily because when he's telling baby El about what happened that night with his family, he mentions how he overestimated his abilities that night and basically ended up pushing himself into the coma because he overextended his capabilities since he himself was a kid and only had so much stamina.

I 1000% agree with your stance on spoilers. They do not ruin a movie or show at all for me. In fact, I actually actively seek out every single spoiler before I see a movie or show. It enhances the viewing experience for me because now I’m excited to see the spoilers that I know about play out in the movie or show. Plus, it’s kinda fun knowing things that are going to happen when the rest of the audience doesn’t know at all, lol.

Season 4 might be my fav season of Stranger Things. I wasn’t super into the last season, and this season definitely redeemed that for me. Love this style of video too! Very creative :D

No. I don't think Vecna knows, nor made a music loophole. It's just an anomaly thing that they figured out from when Nancy and Robin went to go meet Henry's father at the asylum. Remember the guy that ran the place said that music can calm the "residents" down and get them back in their somewhat right mind?? Then Dustin was on the walkie and FINALLY got a hold of Nancy. It was Nancy's idea to put her favorite music on, not because of what Henry's dad had said, but because of what the head psychiatrist had said about how music can get peopl

gosh the whole hopper plot and Max's trauma with Billy mustve been so confusing after not watching season 3. Would recommend watching the rest of the episodes you missed cuz theyre pretty good tho! Mind flayer is really cool and creepy and i mean, rats and humans exploding and then forming a giant flesh monster, whats not to love?

I think its the memories that people's favourite songs evoke that save them. Because he does mention to el that memories that bring both sadness and happiness together is what makes the powers stronger. And usually are favourite songs are connected to a memory similar to that.

First of all, you came up with a terrifying version of Vecna. The ending scene in this video looks amazing. There is nothing wrong with your paint colors, because it looks similar to the paint colors used on the actor, who plays Vecna. Second of all, I’m avoiding the YT videos about the upcoming finale coming soon next coming month. I saw the trailer of the season finale last night toward the end of the Stranger Things Doritos Upside Down concert. I saw that trailer, & I was on the verge of tearing up.

I think this is a phenomenal attempt. I'd like to see you attempt more SFX/paint combos because I feel like it's just another thing you would excel at similar to everything else. For some reason, I imagined the colors to be darker and the shoulders to be more pronounced. It is like seeing a female junior Vecna, which makes sense because you have a more petite frame. Still, really freaking impressive. I love seeing your skills excel and diversify through the years. Epic.
TBH, I would 100% be on board with you just summarizing shows. I have not watched ST, I do not plan to watch ST, I'm now kind of weirdly interesting in how S4 of ST ends up. XD

Hi I'm a SFX makeup artist and I think I have to thank you for that ❤️It's ok to put glue on your brows before applying the prosthetic, I would use mastic and if the prosthetic is to translucent and the brows are very heavy I even use pax to color correct and powder then I use prosaide or telesis to apply the silicone prosthetic once applied seal the edges with prosaide cream with a small sponge and when it's dry apply powder and clean with water, then it's better to use alcohol-based makeup instead of creamy because oil can remove the prosthetic. Hope it helps ✨

See, when you asked for some opinions on this video, I did feel like you were going to do something involving Stranger Things, and since I've never cared for the series (only seen the 1st episode in full), I knew I really wasn't going to mind being spoiled. Still loved the makeup!
Lol, random side note. They didn't just decide to go into the upside down for Vecna, Steve was pulled in and the other teens went to rescue him- so that's how they ended up on the other side.

Haven’t seen the show lol but I want to be Billy Butcherson for Halloween, and was really nervous about making my own prosthetics bc I couldn’t find anything online I liked- I appreciate your mishmash of different methods to get the same effect!
